Don’s responsibilities include developing maintenance plans; assessing renovation, retrofit, and other projects; and helping ensure that our expert factory-trained technicians consistently deliver services that lead to high performing systems. His goal is to set up EMCOR Services Arizona to deliver a comprehensive suite of services that help customers achieve efficient HVAC operation, comfortable environments, and long-term value.

Expertise

Don has been in the mechanical systems industry since he began working for a plumbing and refrigeration contractor as a teenager. He completed the HVAC program at Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix, and then joined the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 469, working as a Service Technician for five years. 

He went on to work for a leading mechanical equipment manufacturer and contractor, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, including Industrial Chiller Technician, Foreman, Service Manager, Team Manager, and Service Operations Manager. He’s been a part of the EMCOR team for nearly two decades. 

The Personal Side

Don enjoys spending time with his family, as well as fishing, hunting, boating and traveling. He also likes to ride dirt bikes, street bikes, and quads.
